Aroma Bakery shortlisted
for National Business Award
Aroma Bakery & Café
is one of four selected as final candidates for the Australian
Ethnic Business Award.
The award is co-sponsored
by the Minister for Small Business & Tourism, Telstra,
National Australian Bank, ABC/SBS, and others and was established
in 1988 by Sydney Multicultural Communications firm Etcom.
It aims to recognize and
reward the contribution of migrants to Australian business
and economic development
Upon being selected, Aroma
co-owner, Zvi Shachar today said:“It is a great
honour for Aroma to be a finalist for such a prestigious
award. Despite having to battle language and cultural difficulties,
it’s pleasing to see that our determination and commitment
to excellence has not gone un-noticed”.
